After careful review, we recognized that some customers were incurring unexpected charges due to incoming faxes, including spam and advertisements. To address this, we have removed all charges for inbound faxes—meaning you’ll no longer pay for receiving faxes.
Additionally, we’ve lowered the per-page cost for outbound faxes that exceed your plan’s limit. Below is a breakdown of our improved pricing:
Improved E-Fax Pricing Plans
- E-Fax Lite – $9.99/month
- Includes all inbound fax pages
- Includes 100 outbound pages per month
- Additional outbound pages: $0.025 per page (previously $0.05)
- E-Fax Standard – $29.99/month
- Includes all inbound fax pages
- Includes 500 outbound pages per month
- Additional outbound pages: $0.025 per page (previously $0.04)
- E-Fax Plus – $44.99/month
- Includes all inbound fax pages
- Includes 1,000 outbound pages per month
- Additional outbound pages: $0.025 per page (previously $0.03)
What Rhode Island Telephone Customers Can Expect
- For existing e-fax customers, the updated pricing will be reflected on your next bill in March 2025.
