What to do:
Due to carrier industry requirements, all business must register text messaging (SMS) with The Campaign Registry (TCR).Â
The following information is required. Please have it available for registration:
- Your registered company name
- DBA (if different)
- Tax ID/EIN
- Registered address
- Privacy Policy and Terms of Service
Action Items

- Download the SMS Privacy Policy and Terms of Service Requirements and Examples document for additional assistance with crafting the necessary verbiage for your business website.
